Where to begin

Whether you are looking to book a mini session or a full day wedding, you should always check out your photographer's portfolio to make sure they are the style you are looking for! We come in all different shades and styles and it's the most important information you need to make sure your photos come out looking exactly like you!

Once you have explored my portfolio and decide we are a great fit, check out my availability on my booking site. There is a link in the section above or under the "The Consultation" portion below. There, you can set your date and time, as well as sign your contract, answer some questions about yourself and submit your down payment.

I am an introvert at heart, so getting to know you BEFORE your session is so important to me. Let's get together for some coffee or video chat, so we can get to know each other.

-Special instructions or events to be photographed

This is the perfect time to go over any extra details, or for you to ask any questions that you may have for me.

Once you have booked your session, I will connect with you to set up your consultation!

Getting ready for your session

Next, it's time to get ready for your session. If we didn't talk about it at your consultation, you will want to think about what will be worn during your session. Ask me for advice! Depending on the type of session you are wanting, I will have some suggestions for your style that will help showcase you and your loved ones during your session. We will also be in touch as to where your session will be shot. Sometimes this is weather dependent and can't always be set at your consultation.

When you book your session through my booking site, you will be sent reminders for your session.

During your session

The biggest thing is for you to have fun! It is my passion to make you look your best and to capture key moments in your life. The easiest way for me to do this is to capture you when you are comfortable and having a blast! Don't think of your time with me as something to just check off of your list. Be in the moment and have fun with it!

Remember, things do not always go as planned. Don't stress about it and go with the flow.

During your time with me, unless otherwise specified, we will do a mixture of posed and lifestyle shooting. Posed photos are more of a safety net incase things don't go as planned. The lifestyle parts are where you can really come alive, and I can capture you in your natural state.

Gallery Delivery

All galleries are delivered online via a link in your email. You will have private access to all of the edited photos from your session. All of my sessions include high resolution images that you can download along with a print release. I will also curate an online album where I fine tune your images to make them look the very best! This is helpful when trying to decide on which photos to print.

I would love to help you with ordering prints, canvases or cards! These are all conveniently available through your gallery. I can also help with special order prints, printed gifts or photo books.

Now that you have your photos, please promise me you will do something with them!
